Episode 15

 Trust Me

HOME

Original air date: 07/24/2008

The episode starts out at the Consulate General of Pakistan. The address showing on the building is 1900. This is the real address, 1900 Biscayne Blvd. / US 1, Miami, Fl. It is not a consulate in real life.

The consulate building is on the west side of Biscayne Blvd.  Michael and Sam are seen getting out of Michael’s car on NE 19th Street, just east of Biscayne Blvd.

The first time I remember seeing this building on film was in the Pilot of Miami Vice. Crockett and Tubbs drive by it in their famous night drive in the Daytona.

Inside we meet Waseem, the Spy.

After the teaser we are at Madeline’s house. Since the Pilot they have used the studio set for her house but I think this may actually have been filmed on location. I have spoken with the real life resident of the house a couple of times when she was outside and she has told me they have done some additional filming there. This makes her happy she says because she can always use the money.

NW 9th Ct. at NW N. River Dr.

Then Michael and Fiona go to the new clients home. The script says Boca Raton but my bet is Morningside. I have to go there to verify but I believe the client’s house is on NE Bayshore Dr. in Miami based on what we see here and what we see when Michael and Sam return in a few minutes.

Next we go to the nightclub to meet the con-man. The sign behind the bar reads VELVET. I still can’t track the place down. If you recognize it please let me know. Location unknown.

Then it is back on familiar ground. Carlito’s at the rear of the studio.

Then it’s back to the nightclub. Where Fiona’s plans are foiled by the card reader door lock.

Then it is off to Michael’s.

Then it is back to the client’s house. When Michael and Sam pull up I believe they are on NE Bayshore DR. just north of Morningside Park where Michael went with the client’s jeep in False Flag. The background matches up. I believe the clients house is the second on the left (west) from the park. I will have to go there soon to confirm.

Red arrow points to the client’s house.

Black arrow points to where Sam and Michael park.

Yellow arrow points to green roofed pavilion we see in background.

Then we return to Michael’s place.

Then its game on, as Michael and Fiona are back at Velvet starting the con.

Next we go to a park to visit Waseem and set him up further. This was filmed at The Barnacle historic house just south of the studio.

This same site was used in Miami Vice Season 4 Episode 89, Deliver Us From Evil which originally aired 04/29/1988.

Then the gang all meets at Michael’s (studio set).

Then Michael and Sam continue the scam at Velvet.

Next we see Fiona at Madeline’s.

Then Michael meets our Pakistani Spy in an Indian Restaurant. According to the USA network web site this is actually a Japanese Restaurant called Sake Room Restaurant. Located at 1800 Biscayne Blvd. in Mid-town Miami.

Then Sam and Michael return to Velvet before going back to Michael’s.

Then it goes to Michael meeting Barry in a restaurant.  Location unknown.

Then we go to Zeke’s house. The number clearly visible on the front of the house is 12685. It is located on Biscayne Bay Dr. in Miami.

Sam takes care of the fake FBI Agents. This happens right outside the house.

Then we go to Velvet.

Next it is back to the client’s house in Morningside.

Then to Madeline’s house. (set)

The episode closes out at Carlito’s where Michael gets Carla’s Pakistani file from Waseem.
